  • High-Quality Building Materials - What Types of Materials Do You Use?

    At Condo Storage Innovations LLC, we use strictly high-quality building materials. All our buildings are commercially approved, and we meet or exceed the "International Building Standards." The garage doors are steel on the inside and outside with insulated, foam core and include an operator.

  • Can My Condo Storage Unit Be Customized?

    Yes.


    Depending on your specific storage needs you can add:

    Insulation: 5-inch concrete floors with insulation-ready units

    Oriented strand board (OSB) wall sheathing

    Steel ceiling

    Bull drywall finish/walls

    Larger overhead doors/Keyless entry

    Additional commercial-grade service stores

    Gas-fired blower furnace

    Paved driveway

    Loft

    Expanded electrical plan with light fixtures

    Floor finishes

    Security systems with an 18-inch overhang around the building

  • The Little Questions That Can Add Up to a Lot - Do I have 24/7 access?

    Yes.

  • Can a security system be added in a unit?

    Yes, a basic alarm can be added.

  • Is the electric usage individually metered?

    Yes, the electrical cost is individually metered for each unit.


  • What type of deed do we receive?

    You will receive a warranty deed, similar to a residential condominium.


  • Do we pay taxes?

    Yes, and the price is determined by the county. (Brown County, Wisconsin)


  • Is there a condo fee?

    Yes, it includes lawn care, snow removal, some public utility requirements, and general outside maintenance and cleanup. The cost is budgeted each year and is currently around $200 a year.


  • Can I build a loft?

    Yes, you can build it or we will build it for you.


  • Do you lease your units?

    Yes, we lease units with an option to buy. Contact us for details.
